Are your engineers qualified and background checked?

Yes. All engineers are City and Guilds qualified and fully DBS checked.

What is your aftercare like?

Our aftercare is handled directly by our local team. If anything isn’t working as it should, we can diagnose the issue remotely or return to your property if needed. Most issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Can I spread the cost of my installation?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options through Creation, Zopa, B12, and Hum. This allows you to move forward with your installation or project without a large upfront cost.

What warranties do you provide?

CCTV systems come with a one-year parts and labour warranty.

EV chargers include a three-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Home renovations come with one-year workmanship warranty on installation. All kitchen units and appliances are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranties, and your purchase is protected under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act.

Our workmanship warranty covers the installation for one year, and our aftercare service ensures everything is running smoothly once your kitchen is in use. If any support is required, our local team is always on hand to help
